These professionals work directly with clients experiencing complex, sensitive, or unresolved problems, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently and satisfactorily. They act as a bridge between customers and upper management, often providing personalized service and solutions to maintain customer loyalty and protect the company's reputation.
