  • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Statement of Work requests, including creation support, redline coordination, execution, onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding in ServiceNow and Fieldglass
  • Coordinating with Strategic Procurement Services, the Office of General Counsel, Independence, Risk, and other stakeholders to support contract processing and compliance requirements
  • Reviewing and managing the Fieldglass SOW intake queue, resolving issues, and educating business stakeholders on engagement options
  • Supporting vendor setup and administrative activities, including registration, onboarding, timesheets, invoicing, and related inquiries
  • Maintaining program documentation, agreement records, reporting support, and productivity tracking while identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendor partners while leading regular business reviews to assess performance and support continued growth.
  • Supporting vendor program improvements through reporting, user acceptance testing, stakeholder education, and special projects tied to marketplace trends, vendor capabilities, and process enhancements.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

The team

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
