Job description

PRIVATE LENDING ORIGINATOR / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

ABOUT TRUSTBRIDGE CAPITAL

TrustBridge Capital is a national private real estate lending platform providing financing solutions to real estate investors, builders, developers, and mortgage professionals.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced producers who want to build a meaningful book of business with the products, platform, leads, and operational support to help them scale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Private Lending Originator / Account Executive to source, originate, structure, and manage real estate investment lending opportunities.

This is a remote, independent contractor (1099), commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary.

Our model combines self-generated production with company-generated opportunities.

Successful originators are expected to actively prospect, develop referral relationships, and build their own book of business. TrustBridge Capital also provides company-generated leads and opportunities to complement those efforts and create additional production opportunities.

This is not an inbound-only sales position. We are looking for producers who know how to hunt, build relationships, convert opportunities, and close.

LOAN PRODUCTS

  • DSCR Rental Loans
  • Fix & Flip Financing
  • Ground-Up Construction
  • Bridge Loans
  • Multifamily Financing
  • Commercial Real Estate Financing
  • Additional private and structured real estate financing solutions

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Self-generate new lending opportunities through proactive business development
  • Develop relationships with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, loan officers, real estate professionals, builders, developers, and other referral partners
  • Respond quickly and professionally to company-generated leads and inbound opportunities
  • Qualify borrowers and evaluate potential transactions
  • Understand borrower objectives and structure appropriate financing solutions
  • Present financing options and communicate loan terms clearly
  • Manage an active pipeline from initial opportunity through closing
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with borrowers and referral partners
  • Work closely with loan support, underwriting, credit, and operations to drive transactions toward funding
  • Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and deal activity
  • Stay current on TrustBridge Capital lending programs, guidelines, pricing, and market opportunities
  • Build a long-term book of repeat and referral business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in private lending, mortgage origination, real estate finance, commercial lending, or a related sales environment
  • Proven ability to self-generate business and develop referral relationships
  • Strong sales and business-development mentality
  • Ability to effectively work and convert company-generated leads
  • Knowledge of DSCR, Fix & Flip, construction, bridge, or other real estate investment financing is strongly preferred
  • Ability to understand leverage, borrower qualifications, project economics, and basic loan structuring
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Highly responsive, organized, accountable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Strong follow-up and CRM discipline
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow production and income

COMPENSATION & ENGAGEMENT

  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Commission-only compensation
  • No base salary
  • Performance-driven earning opportunity based on funded production
  • Remote
  • Compensation may be paid to an eligible business entity, subject to company requirements
  • Company-generated leads and opportunities are provided to complement self-generated production

WHY TRUSTBRIDGE CAPITAL

Strong originators need more than a rate sheet. They need products, execution, support, and opportunities.

TrustBridge Capital gives producers access to a broad private real estate lending platform while allowing them to build and develop their own relationships and book of business.

You bring the drive, relationships, and ability to produce. We provide the platform, products, support, and additional opportunities to help you grow.

If you are an experienced producer who wants your income tied directly to your performance and you are ready to build, we would like to hear from you.
