What is an executive coaching RFP?

An Executive Coaching RFP (Request for Proposal) is a formal document organizations use to solicit proposals from executive coaching firms or individual coaches. The RFP outlines the organization's needs, goals, and criteria for selecting a coaching provider, including qualifications, methodologies, experience, and pricing. Executive Coaching RFPs are commonly used by HR departments, leadership teams, or procurement professionals when seeking to implement or expand leadership development initiatives.
