What is an Executive Coaching RFP?

An Executive Coaching RFP (Request for Proposal) is a formal document organizations use to solicit proposals from executive coaching firms or individual coaches. The RFP outlines the organization's needs, goals, and criteria for selecting a coaching provider, including qualifications, methodologies, experience, and pricing. This process helps companies compare different coaching services, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and select the provider that best meets their requirements. Executive Coaching RFPs are commonly used by HR departments, leadership teams, or procurement professionals when seeking to implement or expand leadership development initiatives.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Executive Coach, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Executive Coach, you need expertise in leadership development, organizational behavior, and a relevant educational background, often supplemented with coaching certifications such as ICF or EMCC. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex TrinityEDGE deployments and AI-enabled solutions for priority US and global clients, from design through stabilization, ensuring quality, timelines, and value realization.
  • Translate client strategies and commercial objectives into technical roadmaps, solution architectures, and phased implementation plans incorporating AI-driven components where relevant (e.g., RAG, predictive analytics, intelligent automation).
  • Partner with the Head of Client Tech to institutionalize best practices in deployment, customization, and post-launch operations.
  • Support sales leaders in RFP responses/pitches and being able to confidently articulate our value driven delivery strategy.
  • Direct and mentor Technology Program Managers to strengthen solution design, architecture governance, and delivery consistency.

  • Inform product and architecture strategy with on-the-ground insights from client programs and evolving AI implementation patterns.
  • Promote standardization across deployments through reusable components, DevOps automation, and compliant data architectures.
  • Drive continuous improvement across teams in both US and India, championing cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior technical talent and manage multi-country teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills with a consultative, outcome-driven approach.
  • Cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with data integration models and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11).
