NOW HIRING — EXECUTIVE HOUSE MANAGER

Experienced Household Professionals • Same-Day Interviews • Immediate Opening

Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time Household Management
Weekday Compensation: $500 Weekly
Weekend Assignments: $15.00/Hour for approved Saturday/Sunday work
Preferred Start: 7:00 AM | Standard Start No Later Than 8:00 AM
Engagement: Independent Contractor / 1099, subject to applicable classification requirements

IMMEDIATE OPENING

Seeking a long-term Executive House Manager who can take ownership of the daily operation, cleanliness, organization, inventory, upkeep, and overall presentation of a private residence.

This is not an entry-level housekeeping position.

The right professional should be able to enter the home, assess what requires attention, establish priorities, complete the work, inspect the results, document concerns, and keep the household operating smoothly without requiring constant supervision or a daily step-by-step task list.

The goal is simple:

Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, properly stocked, well-cared-for home every day.

WEEKDAY & WEEKEND SCHEDULE

The primary schedule is Monday through Friday, with consistent morning availability required.

Weekend work may be available or scheduled when additional household services, projects, vendor appointments, special events, or urgent household needs arise.

Approved Saturday and Sunday work is paid separately at $15.00 per hour.

Weekday payments are issued Friday. Approved weekend hours are processed separately on Monday.

Specific scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have established experience in private household management, executive housekeeping, residential services, hospitality, estate management, or a comparable professional environment.

Strong candidates will demonstrate:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Verifiable professional references
• Verifiable work history
• Experience independently managing household routines and priorities
• Strong cleaning, sanitation and organization standards
• Household inventory and restocking experience
• Ability to recognize maintenance or property concerns before they become larger problems
• Strong accountability and follow-through
• Professional communication and discretion
• Ability to work independently and make appropriate day-to-day decisions
• Long-term interest in maintaining one household to a consistent professional standard

Relevant professional certifications, credentials, or an established household-services business/LLC are a plus where applicable, but candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifications and ability to perform the work.

HOUSEHOLD OPERATIONS & SANITATION

The Executive House Manager is responsible for maintaining consistent household standards, including:

• Daily AM opening and PM household reset routines
• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
• Cleaning walls, doors, handles, switches and baseboards as needed
• Dusting TVs, furniture, décor and surfaces
• Maintaining sanitary bathrooms
• Making beds and maintaining linens and bedding
• Light laundry and household linen management
• Coordinating laundry pickup/drop-off when needed
• Glass and window upkeep
• Patio and outdoor living-area upkeep
• Kitchen, pantry and cabinet organization
• Refrigerator cleaning and organization
• Cleaning cabinets, containers and frequently handled household items
• Maintaining organized storage areas
• Completing special household projects and assigned priorities

INVENTORY & RESTOCKING

A major responsibility of this position is ensuring the home does not routinely run out of essential supplies.

The House Manager will:

• Monitor groceries, beverages and household supplies
• Maintain current inventory and restock lists
• Identify low-stock items before they are depleted
• Maintain reasonable backup quantities of frequently used essentials
• Organize pantry, refrigerator and household storage
• Track cleaning products, paper products, toiletries, linens and household necessities
• Prepare shopping/purchase lists
• Assist with grocery ordering, pickup or delivery coordination
• Assist with weekly meal/menu planning — cooking is not required unless separately agreed

PROPERTY CARE & DAMAGE PREVENTION

This position requires someone who treats the residence and its contents with professional care.

The House Manager is expected to:

• Use appropriate products and methods for household surfaces and furnishings
• Identify leaks, damage, malfunctioning equipment, pest concerns and maintenance issues
• Report property concerns promptly
• Take reasonable steps to prevent avoidable damage from becoming worse
• Coordinate approved vendors or service appointments when assigned
• Follow up on unresolved household repairs until completed
• Document important maintenance issues when necessary
• Keep management informed of concerns requiring professional repair or authorization

Problems should not simply be noticed and forgotten. The expectation is professional reporting, follow-up and resolution within the authority provided for the role.

APPLE & APP TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

Our household and personal operations use Apple products and mobile applications extensively.

Candidates should be comfortable using:

• iPhone and iPad
• Apple Calendar
• Notes and Reminders
• Messages
• Photos and video documentation
• AirDrop
• iCloud/shared information
• Shopping and grocery apps
• Delivery and vendor apps
• Digital checklists
• Electronic receipts and expense documentation

You do not need to be an IT professional. However, you should be comfortable learning and using technology as part of your everyday responsibilities.

WHAT MAKES THIS AN EXECUTIVE HOUSE MANAGER ROLE?

We are not looking for someone who waits each morning to be told:

“What should I clean today?”

We are seeking a professional who can assess the household and operate from the mindset:

“I understand the household standards. I have inspected what needs attention, prioritized today's responsibilities, completed them properly, and identified anything that requires follow-up.”

Initiative, consistency, judgment, organization and accountability are essential.

SAME-DAY INTERVIEW PROCESS

Qualified candidates may be invited to complete an approximately 2-hour paid on-site working interview/skills assessment, subject to applicable wage requirements.

The process may include:

1. Professional Interview
Review of relevant experience, work history, references, scheduling requirements, technology skills and household-management experience.

2. Hands-On Skills Assessment
Candidates may complete several limited cleaning and/or organization exercises so we can evaluate:

Quality • Attention to Detail • Organization • Efficiency • Following Instructions • Property Care

3. House Management Exercise
Candidates will receive a sample household scenario and explain how they would:

Assess → Prioritize → Organize → Execute → Inspect → Document → Follow Up

4. Final Review
Qualified candidates who meet the position's professional and performance requirements may be considered for immediate placement.
