Job Title: Night Commercial Cleaning Manager

Location: Atlanta to Newnan, GA (multiple client sites)

Employment Type: Full-time, Nights. Some daytime hours from time to time

Salary: $41,000 per year (salary, not hourly) + mileage reimbursement

Schedule: approximately 4:00 pm – 12:00 am (occasionally flexible based on site needs)

About the Role We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on Night Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee nightly operations across multiple commercial facilities between Atlanta and Newnan. You will supervise a team of 7 cleaners, ensure quality standards are met, coordinate schedules and coverage, and step in for emergency support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of 7 night cleaners across multiple locations.
  • Conduct nightly site visits, quality inspections, and safety walkthroughs.
  • Verify attendance, manage timekeeping approvals, and coordinate last‐minute coverage.
  • Train and coach staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety (including basic OSHA/COSHH awareness).
  • Maintain supply levels, coordinate inventory and equipment upkeep, and submit restock requests.
  • Enforce company standards, client scope of work, and security protocols at each site.
  • Communicate professionally with clients; document and resolve issues promptly.
  • Complete nightly reports, incident logs, and KPI checklists; report metrics to Area/Regional Manager.
  • Support onboarding for new hires and conduct periodic performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in commercial cleaning, with at least 3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and coordinate staffing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel nightly between sites (Atlanta–Newnan corridor).
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and respond to urgent after-hours needs.

Preferred

  • Experience in medical/clinic, office, or industrial environments.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
