Job description

Title: Part-Time Cleaning Manager (On-Call / Day and Evening Support)
Location: Georgia (Remote + Field Support)
Pay: $700/month + performance bonuses
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and responsive Cleaning Manager to support daily operations across multiple cleaning sites. This is a part-time, on-call position ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and able to step in when issues arise.
This is not a full-time, busy-all-day rolesome days are very light. However, you must be dependable and available to respond when needed, especially during evening operations.
What Youll Do
Answer and respond to calls/texts from clients and cleaning staff
Assist with callouts and help ensure all sites are covered
Support evening operations (especially Mon/Wed/Fri)
Communicate with operations team (day/night managers, coordinator, regional managers)
Conduct second interviews for new hires and assist with hiring decisions
Assist with light payroll coordination and admin follow-up
Help ensure communication flows and issues are resolved quickly
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time, on-call role:
Daily (MonFri): Light availability for calls/texts/emails
Peak Evenings: Mon/Wed/Fri (5:00 PM 10:00 PM)
Important:
Some days = little to no activity
Some days = multiple calls or issues
You must be available and responsive regardless
