Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in a resort, hotel, or high-volume upscale dining environment
  • Proven experience leading large culinary teams across multiple outlets and banquet operations
  • Strong leadership, menu development, food cost management, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
  • Direct all culinary operations for multiple restaurant outlets and a busy banquet department
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a large back-of-house team while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety
