Job Summary
Are you ready to apply your Information Assurance expertise to a high-impact international aviation program? As a Program Integrator - Information Assurance, you will serve as a critical link between U.S. Information Assurance frameworks and UK Government (UKG) security requirements, directly supporting the safe and secure operation of the CH 47ER platform. You will analyze, integrate, and translate complex IA artifacts into actionable assurance insights for senior decision-makers. Working across government and industry stakeholders, you'll help shape risk-based decisions that enable mission success. If you thrive in complex, high-stakes environments and enjoy bridging technical and strategic assurance, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and integrate U.S. Information Assurance (IA) outputs across multiple stakeholders, including OEMs and government entities
Review and quality assure IA artefacts (e.g., NIST RMF packages, control compliance statements, risk assessments) prior to release
Translate U.S. IA frameworks (NIST RMF, FISMA, NIST SP 800 series) into clear, actionable outputs for UK Government stakeholders
Provide analytical assurance support to ensure outputs are coherent, complete, and suitable for UKG consumption
Develop integrated IA assurance packs, including executive summaries, risk assessments, and assurance statements
Identify and articulate risks, gaps, dependencies, and residual risk positions impacting operational security
Support Government review processes by preparing release recommendations and assurance documentation
Facilitate stakeholder engagement across U.S. IA providers and UKG security and program teams
Ensure all outputs clearly define scope, assumptions, and limitations for informed decision-making
Maintain traceability, configuration control, and auditability of assurance artefacts in line with governance requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in Information Assurance, cybersecurity, or system security engineering
Demonstrated experience working with U.S. IA frameworks (NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA)
Experience integrating and assuring outputs from multiple stakeholders in complex programs
Strong analytical and technical writing skills, with the ability to produce executive-level assurance narratives
Experience operating in high-risk, defense, or national security environments
Current U.S. DoD Secret clearance (minimum) and meet export control requirements
U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working across international or allied security frameworks (e.g., U.S.-UK assurance alignment)
Familiarity with UK Government Security Framework (GSF) or Secure by Design (SbD) principles
Experience supporting accreditation, authorization, or risk acceptance boards
Background in aviation, platform systems, or mission systems assurance
Experience managing or coordinating suppliers delivering IA or cybersecurity services
