Local Class A CDL Driver - No Experience Required - $87K - 90K/Yearly - No Automatic Restriction  
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in East St. Louis ILThis position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 
CDL A Driver Details 

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, start 5-8AM, 10-12 hour days
  • Pay: $28.33 Per Hour + OT after 40, $87-$90k Per Year
  • Route Type: Local, home daily
  • Equipment: Manual trucks - NO AUTO RESTRICTION
  • Handling: Touch Freight


CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

  • Must possess a valid Class A license
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • WILL TAKE NEW GRADUATES 
  • MUST HAVE TANKER / NO AUTOMATIC RESTRICTIONS 
  • Must be able to handle outside elements.
  • Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers.


CDL A Driver Responsibilities:  

  • Driver is responsible for operation of a truck to collect fabrication material from various locations.
  • Must be able to handle outside elements, summer heat and winter cold.
  • Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers.
  • Required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
  • Occasionally push, pull, up to 75 lbs.
