Who You Are:
Tribble Electric is looking for an Executive Business Partner to join our team! This is not a narrow role. It is the person who becomes an extension of the Executive Vice President (EVP), running the details, and turning vision into action across the business. One day you are prepping for a leadership meeting and managing a packed calendar. The next you're guiding marketing initiatives, supporting our refreshed brand, and ensuring key projects stay on track. What You'll Do:
  • Executive support for the EVP, including calendar, travel, inbox triage, meeting prep, and follow through.
  • Office coordination that keeps our team running smoothly as we grow .
  • Support the execution of marketing, branding, and community engagement initiatives, providing direction and coordination across internal and external partners.
  • Special projects tied to our growth, including the brand rollout, process improvements, and whatever moves the business forward.
  • Being a trusted, discreet, and steady presence for the EVP and the wider team.

What You'll Bring:
  • Communication or Marketing degree preferred, but not required
  • Five or more years blending executive support with marketing, communications, or office management, ideally in a growing company
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow through
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment, and quick to take initiative
  • Skilled at practical marketing, including social media, simple design tools like Canva, clear writing, and vendor coordination
  • Warm, professional, and genuine
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Bonus: experience in construction, trades, or another relationship driven, in person business
