  • You'll lead the delivery of complex technical projects involving HVAC systems, building controls, lighting upgrades, solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging infrastructure, microgrids, and utility interconnection.
  • You'll work directly with client facilities, operations, sustainability, and executive leadership teams to understand needs, communicate project progress, and build trusted relationships.
  • You'll coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and consulting teams through all phases of project delivery, from planning and feasibility assessment through implementation and commissioning.
  • You'll support technical evaluations, site assessments, energy audits, feasibility studies, financial analyses, and capital project planning efforts.
  • You'll review engineering studies, design documents, utility requirements, and technical submittals to identify risks, opportunities, and implementation considerations.
  • You'll assist clients in navigating utility programs, interconnection processes, incentive opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
  • You'll develop project management plans, schedules, risk registers, decision logs, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • You'll prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and status updates to clients ranging from facility staff to executive leadership and governing boards.
  • You'll identify issues early, ask thoughtful questions when requirements or assumptions are unclear, and proactively engage project teams to resolve challenges.
  • You'll collaborate closely with senior project leaders and subject matter experts, effectively executing workstreams while incorporating direction and feedback from the broader team.
  • You'll contribute to proposal development, scope creation, client presentations, and business development activities as part of a growing seller-doer model.
