An Executive Board is a group of individuals at the highest level of an organization who are responsible for overseeing its management and making major decisions. They set the strategic direction, establish policies, and ensure that the organization meets its goals and legal obligations. Members typically include senior executives such as the CEO, CFO, and other key leaders.
