About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced banking finance professional to join our growing team as Bank Finance & Regulatory Reporting Solutions Partner.
This role will help shape the future of finance transformation for regional and mid-sized banks. You will serve as the bridge between our product organization, customers, and sales teams, ensuring our cloud-based accounting and financial control solutions address the most pressing challenges facing modern finance organizations.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in bank accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial controls with the ability to engage senior executives, influence product strategy, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Domain Leadership
    • Define market requirements and industry best practices for bank finance transformation.
    • Maintain expertise in U.S. regulatory reporting requirements, including Call Reports and FR Y-9C reporting.
    • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends affecting bank finance organizations.
    • Act as the internal subject matter expert for accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial control processes.

Product Strategy
    • Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate industry requirements into product capabilities.
    • Define requirements for accounting, reconciliation, substantiation, manual adjustments, close management, and financial reporting processes.
    • Help prioritize enhancements and future roadmap investments.

Customer & Sales Engagement
    • Support strategic sales opportunities as a trusted advisor.
    • Engage with CFOs, Controllers, Chief Accounting Officers, and Heads of Regulatory Reporting.
    • Participate in executive workshops, demonstrations, and solution design sessions.
    • Help customers build business cases for finance transformation initiatives.

Thought Leadership
    • Develop white papers, industry perspectives, and regulatory insights.
    • Present at conferences, webinars, and customer events.
    • Represent the company as a recognized expert in bank finance and regulatory reporting.

Leadership What Success Looks Like:

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in banking finance, accounting, regulatory reporting, or financial controls.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. bank regulatory reporting requirements, including Call Reports and/or FR Y-9C reporting.
  • Experience working within a bank finance organization, regulatory reporting function, controller's group, or finance transformation practice.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with CFO and Controller-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial systems transformation or finance modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of accounting subledgers, general ledgers, reconciliation platforms, and close management processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based finance technology solutions.
  • Background in wealth management, investment accounting, product control, treasury, or capital markets finance.
  • Consulting experience with financial institutions is a plus.
