In this role, you'll use evidence-based practices to help children build skills, strengthen communication, and live more independent, joyful lives.

What You'll Do
  • Design and deliver individualized treatment plans that honor each client's unique strengths and needs.

  • Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and evidence-based strategy, to promote growth and reduce barriers.

  • Partner with families, caregivers, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.

  • Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to keep each child on track toward success.

  • Empower caregivers with tools and training to support learning at home and in the community.

  • Stay current with best practices and innovations in autism intervention.

What You Bring
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or another related field (required).

  • Autism Specialist Certification (completion required before start date).
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
Why You'll Love It Here
  • Competitive pay + performance bonuses that reward your impact.

  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision.

  • Generous time off + additional PTO.

  • Ongoing professional development to grow your skills and career.

  • A supportive, collaborative workplace where your passion and expertise truly make a difference.

At Little Stars, we're more than a clinic - we're a community devoted to creating brighter futures. If you're ready to bring your skills, heart, and ideas to a team that values both client and employee growth, we'd love to meet you.
