Job description

AWS Global Executive Marketing (GEM) is looking for a Sr. Manager, Audience Insights to join the Audience Enablement team. This role is focused on deeply understanding our executive audience - who they are, how they engage, what they care about, and how those behaviors are shifting.

You will compile and distill 1P and 3P audience signals into actionable intelligence for senior leaders, with an opportunity to leverage AI-powered automation to deliver those insights more efficiently over time. This person will define how audience insights are packaged and distributed across the organization, evolving from recurring stakeholder communications toward scalable, self-serve experiences that put insights in the hands of the people who need them.
The right candidate has a strong foundation in synthesizing data from diverse sources, the ability to understand the business context behind the numbers, and a passion for making complex information clear and actionable.

You are someone who works cross-functionally to pull audience insights through and ensure they inform decisions across the organization. You thrive in ambiguity, build a point of view, and drive it forward while earning trust with senior leaders through compelling narratives.
Key job responsibilities
- Compile, distill, and synthesize audience signals across 1P data (e.g., executive engagement data, event participation, digital behavior, ABM intelligence) and 3P data (e.g., market research, industry reports, competitive intelligence, analyst findings)
- Discover, track, and evaluate trends in executive audience behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns across internal and external sources
- Translate complex inputs into clear, actionable insights and narratives for senior leaders
- Define and own recurring insights communications that keep senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders informed on what we're hearing, seeing, and learning about our audience
- Translate complex or ambiguous business problems into analysis requirements and create hypotheses that guide insight priorities
- Partner with AI/tooling teams to automate signal collection, pattern identification, and draft generation
- Develop processes, reports, or tools that can scale, automate, or improve insights delivery
- Work with business leaders to drive growth, engagement strategy, and efficiency improvements through insights
- Build and maintain relationships with data owners across cross functional teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership; build consensus across complex stakeholder groups
- Contribute to a team culture of experimentation and innovation
