Performs diversified executive secretarial and administrative duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature according to established standards. Performs independently or with general guidance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent education and experience
  • Excellent communication and keyboarding skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal discreetly with sensitive and confidential information and to work independently, making limited decisions based on knowledge of system policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of administrative secretarial procedures
  • Working knowledge of word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs
