Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Friday Availability Required

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Executive Lounge Attendant who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. If you love delivering personalized service and take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and inviting, this could be the perfect role for you!

What Will You Be Doing?

As an Executive Lounge Attendant, you will be the face of our exclusive lounge experience for Hilton Honors guests. Each shift brings new opportunities to provide thoughtful service and ensure a relaxing, high-quality atmosphere, including:

Setting up and breaking down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware
Serving food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders
Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized lounge, pantry, and storage space
Responding promptly to guest requests or communicating with supervisors as needed
Monitoring lounge usage and keeping accurate guest counts
Collaborating with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly
Supporting hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork

What Will You Bring to the Role?

We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, energy, and a guest-first attitude to every shift. Our ideal candidate has:

Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand instructions in English
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation
A warm, helpful approach to service with attention to detail
Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required)
