Job description

Job Description Working closely with the Executives within our client's organization, the ideal fit is someone with strong business acumen, technological proficiency, an ability to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges. You will bring a can-do attitude and be empowered to provide solutions to problems. Duties: Provide high level calendar management with emphasis on proactive planning Scheduling / rescheduling internal and external client meetings including organizing logistics, agendas, etc.

Manage expenses, enter and process expense reports with accuracy in a timely manner Draft and prepare correspondence, reports and create PowerPoint presentations Participate in the planning, implementation, and changes within events and projects Personal assistance in some capacities will be required Office administration - day to day office maintenance with facilities & operations Prepare and advise Executives on confidential, critical, and urgent information Communicating with clients via phone, in-person and email on the Executive's behalf Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries (including national and international travel) Perform various support functions including project support, research, and more Ability to support marketing campaigns and develop collateral if required Potential to develop and maintain a regional social media presence Experience: 3- 5 years preferred of administrative support experience Experience working in a start up, or highly entrepreneurial company would be an asset Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; polished and professional Flexible and positive attitude, available for overtime as required A self-motivated worker with the ability to work together as a team as well Comfortable working in a down-to-earth yet corporate and polished environment A strong sense of accountability and responsibility The ability and desire to work in office If you are interested in this opportunity, please send a copy of your resume to Angie at awisk@klopprichards.com.
