We are looking for an Automotive Office Assistant to join our dealership team. In this role, you’ll assist with administrative and accounting tasks that keep our dealership running smoothly. You’ll help manage vehicle records, support dealer trades and wholesales, and assist the accounting team with daily processes. This position provides valuable hands-on experience and room for career growth in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts receivable/payable, journal entries, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Support dealer trades, wholesales, cancellations, and vehicle inventory updates.
  • Maintain accurate records for vehicle deals, F&I products, and related paperwork.
  • Help with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties.
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and financial institutions as needed.
  • Participate in dealership projects or ad hoc assignments as directed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; some college or accounting coursework a plus.
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); DMS experience a plus.
