About the Role

This is a highly visible, high-impact position supporting two founders across a broad range of executive, operational, and strategic responsibilities.

You'll serve as a trusted partner who helps keep priorities moving, communications organized, projects on track, and executives focused on the company's highest-value initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create, maintain, and manage executive dashboards using CRM data and key business performance metrics.

  • Partner closely with the founders to coordinate strategic priorities, projects, and follow-up across multiple departments.

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and email communications.

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, and executive communications.

  • Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and executive documentation.

  • Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, and meeting logistics.

  • Build strong relationships with internal leadership, employees, vendors, and external business partners.

  • Assist with confidential business matters and select personal executive support responsibilities with the highest level of discretion.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support company-wide initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted resource who keeps daily operations running smoothly while adapting to changing priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, founders, or C-level leadership.
