Job Description The role: Executive Assistant to Senior Executives The industry: Prominent Finance Firm The location: NYC Onsite | 5 Days/Week Compensation: $140,000-$160,000+ DOE + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits A highly respected finance firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a group of Senior Executives in its New York headquarters. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing environment where administrative excellence is genuinely valued. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, exercises exceptional judgment and discretion, and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

Day-to-Day Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple senior executives, balancing shifting priorities with precision and foresight. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last-minute changes. Prepare executives for meetings through agenda management, meeting materials, research, and follow-up action items.

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper by managing communications, prioritizing requests, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, clients, and business partners. Track expenses, process reimbursements, and assist with budget-related administrative tasks.

Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support across the organization. Assist with special projects, presentations, offsites, and team events as needed. Handle highly confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
