Job Description:

We’re partnering with top-tier professionals in the Dallas area for Executive Assistant opportunities on a contract or contract-to-hire basis. These roles support C-level executives and require a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. If you're a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and executive presence, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to one or more senior executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare expense reports
