Administrative Support Coordinator

Responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of clerical support, to the VP/Chief, essential to efficient organization of assigned departments

Principal Accountabilities

Standards of Performance: Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, Stewardship, Accountability, Quality

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Licenses and Certification

N/A

Experience and Skills

Technical Experience: 5 years

Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Role Specific Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to member of the Executive Team, Coordinates administrative support services and functions for staff.

Assists in the preparation of and maintenance of department budgets and participates in the day-to-day fiscal decisions of the department.

Assist executive in achieving strategic goals

Assist executive in development, monitoring and analysis of financial performance

Provides executive with presentation materials

Coordinates executives reporting requirements

Prepares executives correspondence

Assist with executives scheduling and meeting documentation
