Job description

Small business consulting firm looking for part-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative and business support to Managing Principal of the firm. This fast-paced office works fluidly as a team, supporting one another as necessary to elegantly meet client expectations. Tasks include: Calendar management Managing complex and dynamic travel itineraries Development and production of reports and other client-related materials General administrative responsibilities as needed EA must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate confidence in communicating with executives and other high-ranking clients.

Additionally, this position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work well independently and be a self-starter on projects. Strong proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required. Additional experience with Microsoft Publisher and other programs preferred.

Position is part-time 20 hours per week M-F (flexibility with hours and location). Experience: 5-10 years Salary: Hourly rate commensurate with experience
