Overview
Sprinklr is seeking an exceptional, self-motivated, and versatile Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The ideal candidate must be proactive with excellent problem solving and judgment skills and the ability to think and plan ahead to handle multiple concurrent requests appropriately and manage time effectively. This role will also work closely with our Board of Directors, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and their supporting C-level Executive Assistants. It requires agility, the ability to move and act very quickly, real-time, independent judgment, and impeccable discretion when sensitive matters are involved. Individual must demonstrate ability to accommodate flexible work schedules, based on the needs of leadership.
Responsibilities

  • Executive Calendar Management: Proactively manage and optimize executive's complex and dynamic calendars, strategically prioritizing engagements and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple time zones with senior leaders and other Executive Assistants, anticipating potential conflicts and proactively resolving scheduling challenges.

  • Complex Travel Coordination: Independently plan and execute intricate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and security protocols. Demonstrate resourcefulness in navigating unexpected travel disruptions and adapting itineraries as needed.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a highly professional and discreet point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing confidential communications, screening correspondence, and prioritizing inquiries with impeccable judgment.

  • Meeting and Event Management: Prepare executives for meetings using / preparing comprehensive briefing materials, presentations, and agendas for meetings and events. Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, and technology setup. Capture and disseminate key decisions and action items, ensuring timely follow-up.EAs are expected to be in the office supporting events or meetings when required.

  • Information Management: Maintain confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Conduct research and compile information to support the executives' decision-making process.

  • Expense Management: Meticulously process and track expenses, reconcile credit card statements in compliance with company policies.

  • Board of Directors Engagement: Provide support to the Board of Directors and ELT, including scheduling board meetings, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and handling requests from board members and ELT.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of previous experience supporting C-Level executives.

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Understanding of corporate board governance required.

  • Exceptional judgment, tact, diplomacy, and integrity.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Detailed planning, time management, and organizational skills, with common sense, and a sense of humor.

  • Attention to deadlines and time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective relationship builder with executive assistant community as well as with internal/external leaders and other team members.

  • Maintains confidentiality and acts with integrity and discretion with a high degree of maturity/professionalism with executive leadership.

  • Learns quickly and adopts new technologies.

  • Agile and flexible to change direction, performing effectively with unanticipated interruptions or pressures.

  • Collaborative, team player; willing to jump in and do the work needing to be done.

  • Inspires trust and confidence with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing complex projects through completion.

  • Event planning and management experience a plus.

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE

$74,000 - $124,000

The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
