Job brief: We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing the dialysis center

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responding to emails.

Managing staff calendars.

Project support.

Performing research and analysis on specific issues.

Creating moderate to complex reports and documents.

Creating and distributing spreadsheets of facility audits and results.

Handling site requests for data and support.

Preparing meeting agendas and supporting materials.

Overseeing and audit facility purchasing and inventory.

Daily monitoring of facility issues and follow up.

Organizing and maintaining electronic files.

Reports directly to the COO and CEO

Policy and procedure review

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of two years of secretarial and/or administrative assistant experience

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Excellent judgment, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Strong organizational and communications skills

Must be able to multi-task and work independently

Attention to detail and accuracy.
