Job description

Hansen Gress is a fast-growing, Alaska-based Managed Services Provider with deep roots in Juneau and active expansion into Anchorage.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our COO, helping her stay focused, organized, and effective while keeping operations moving smoothly across the company. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage the Executive leadership calendar and meetings 

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, handling communications with discretion 

  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-ups 

  • Track priorities, deadlines, and key initiatives across teams 

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure action items are completed 

  • Handle documents, and administrative tasks with care and confidentiality 

  • Coordinate office procurement and logistics, including supplies, meeting support, local deliveries, and shipping services

  • Manage facilities and safety across Juneau and Anchorage office, including vehicle coordination, building maintenance, vendor oversight, and day-to-day office logistics

  • Coordinate and book organizational travel, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and well-organized arrangements

What You Bring To The Table    

  • 3+ years supporting senior executives 

  • Exceptional organization, communication, and judgment 

  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure 

  • Strong tech skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools) 

What You’ll Need    

  • Ability to pass a basic background check for airport security badging    

  • Valid driver’s license (or willingness to get one) and the ability to drive. Driver policies apply. Please note that we do not expect you to have a car.   

Where You’ll Work     

  • This is an in-office role in Juneau.  

  • This is NOT a remote position. We provide relocation assistance.
