PA/NP Opportunity in Stayton, Oregon

You'll step into an established outpatient primary care role with strong clinic support and a steady patient panel. This is a PA/NP opportunity built for consistency, predictable weekdays, minimal calls, and dedicated admin time. Practice Overview


  • You'll join a community-based outpatient practice connected to a respected local hospital and clinic network
  • Broad primary care/Internal Medicine mix: acute visits, chronic disease management, preventative care
  • Strong team model with MA support plus access to behavioral health clinicians and community health workers
  • Minimal call: shared among APPs with nursing triage after hours (typically only once per quarter)

Schedule


  • Full-time, salary-based: 40 hours/week with 32 hours of patient care and 1 dedicated admin day
  • Clinic hours are weekdays with flexibility within a Monday-Friday window (no weekends)
  • Typical volume: 18-20 patients/day
  • Optional additional income available through extra call or urgent care moonlighting (if desired)

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary: 130,000 (full-time)
  • 10,000 sign-on
  • 10,000 relocation package
  • 5 weeks PTO plus 2,500 CME

Candidate Requirements


  • NP or PA with an active Oregon license (no visa sponsorship)
  • Current DEA license
  • 2+ years of primary care clinical experience
  • Comfort managing common primary care and Internal Medicine presentations across a full-spectrum panel
