Aptar is seeking an Executive Assistant that can be based in Mukwonago, WI or Lincolnton, NC this role will be onsite with some hybrid flexibility.
The Executive Assistant to the Regional President provides high-level administrative and communication strategic support to the Regional President and Regional Leadership Team (RLT). This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing executive priorities, coordinating leadership activities, following up on key priorities for the president and ensuring effective communication flow across the region.
In addition, this position plays a key role in regional communication planning and execution, helping align messaging, drive engagement, and support organizational priorities.
As an Executive Assistant, You Will:
  • Manage the Regional President's calendar, priorities, and time commitments to optimize efficiency and impact.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Support follow-ups on pending actions in the priorities of the president with the regional team in North America
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including international logistics as required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communications.
  • Make independent decisions within established guidelines to provide support with planning, organizing, and scheduling various events for NA Closures.
  • Provide project coordination support for regional initiatives and strategic programs.
    • Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables for key projects
    • Support governance processes, reporting cadence, and leadership rhythm
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication flow, and operational efficiency
