Executive Assistant – Behavioral Health

Location: Boca Raton, FL | Full-time
Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview:

High-demand role supporting Chief Revenue Officer and Director of Operations during rapid company expansion. Occasional evenings and weekends required during project deadlines and critical initiatives. Strong career growth opportunity in healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, and operations strategy. Ideal for someone eager to learn fast and grow with a scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative coordination for C-level leadership
  • Prepare data, agendas, and metrics for executive meetings
  • Track action items and maintain organized executive documentation
  • Serve as gatekeeper for facility and billing KPIs; develop understanding of KPI impact on revenue


Hiring & Talent Coordination

  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews across 40+ employees in 5 departments
  • Support candidate screening, reference checks, and onboarding logistics
  • Assist with recruitment communications

Data & Analytics Support

  • Extract and organize data from EMRs, billing systems, and reports into executive dashboards
  • Maintain recurring KPI reports (census, collections, VOBs, claims, reimbursement trends)
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness for executive decision-making
  • Progress into trend analysis and strategic decision support


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Project Coordinator, or related role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets essential)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
