Job description

Senior Investment Banking Professional

Global Investment Bank has an immediate need for a Senior Investment Banking professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing and origination activities within the Food and Packaging sectors. The successful candidate will be expected to lead idea generation, review marketing materials, and manage client relationships towards originating new mandates and maintaining strategic discussions with the bank's existing clients and prospects.

Additional responsibilities include leading the origination process and transaction execution including transaction review, negotiations and due diligence. The successful candidate is also responsible for mentoring junior associates on the origination and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-12 years experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A or combination.
  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining a network of CEO, CFO and M&A contacts
  • Experience in the Packaging and Food sectors is preferred
