--

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (In Office)

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 base + performance bonus + benefits

About the Opportunity

Our client is a vertically integrated real estate development, construction, and hospitality company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale.

They develop and build residential communities throughout Florida and self-perform their construction, which gives them direct control over quality, cost, and schedule. They also own a fast growing hospitality brand with multiple locations across South Florida and new markets opening.

They are entrepreneurial, fast moving, and highly focused on execution. Their team believes in accountability, reliability, and doing what they say they will do.

The company name is shared with candidates who advance through our screening process.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their two Managing Partners.

You will create leverage for them by owning their calendars, coordinating priorities, driving follow through, and handling the details that allow them to stay focused on leading the business. This position goes well beyond traditional administrative support. Our client is looking for someone who has done this work before, knows what good looks like, and brings structure with them rather than waiting to be handed it.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

Own and manage complex, frequently shifting calendars for both Managing Partners

Coordinate meetings, travel, and detailed itineraries

Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and supporting materials ahead of meetings

Track action items and follow up until they are closed

Organize email, documents, and communications

Draft correspondence and presentations

Serve as a thoughtful gatekeeper for time and priorities

Project Coordination

Support special projects across real estate, construction, and hospitality

Coordinate with internal teams to keep deadlines on track

Gather information and prepare concise reports for executive review

Maintain visibility into key initiatives and deliverables

Follow up with vendors, consultants, and business partners

Personal Assistance

Coordinate personal travel arrangements and appointments

Handle occasional items that create time and efficiency for the Managing Partners

Office Support

Support office operations and day-to-day administrative needs

Coordinate visitors and meetings

Help maintain an organized, professional office environment

Qualifications

5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting executives, business owners, or senior leadership

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal

Written communication that is short and structured

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

High level of discretion with sensitive business and personal information

Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Available full time, in office, in Fort Lauderdale

Characteristics We Value

Reliable and dependable, without exception

Highly organized and calm under pressure

Anticipates needs before being asked

Resourceful and solutions-oriented, arrives with options rather than problems

Professional and trustworthy

Strong sense of urgency

Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

Core Values

Take Pride in Your Work. Mediocrity should bother you. The instinct to fix or improve something without being told is what sets this team apart.

No Drama, Just Solutions. Clear, direct, respectful communication. Awareness of tone, timing, and impact. Best idea wins, no matter who it comes from.

Be a Professional. Show up early and prepared, even through adversity. Own your mistakes. Do what you say you will do.

Ignite. Take charge, light the fire, get it done. Remove roadblocks by getting the right people talking to each other.

Build Together. One team, one goal. Lend a hand regardless of position or whose scope it technically is. "That is not my job" is not in the vocabulary here.

This May Not Be the Right Fit If

You are looking for a stepping stone

You prefer to wait for direction rather than act within clear authority

You write in long paragraphs when a few lines would do the job better

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000 to $80,000 base salary, based on experience

Performance-based bonus

Medical insurance reimbursement

PTO, Sick Days

Free catered lunch provided every day

Free parking

A dedicated 30-day onboarding and training program with a professional executive assistant coach
