The Nevada Automotive Test Center (NATC) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team in Silver Springs, Nevada. This strategic role provides direct support to the CEO/President while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. The Senior Executive Assistant plays a key role in advancing organizational priorities by coordinating executive initiatives, supporting business development activities, and collaborating with engineering and operational teams that design, manufacture, and test innovative automotive mobility solutions.

Founded in 1957, Nevada Automotive Test Center (NATC) is a third-generation, family-owned engineering and vehicle testing organization serving military and commercial customers worldwide. With more than 110 employees and one of the world's premier off-road proving grounds, NATC combines real-world testing with advanced engineering to solve complex mobility challenges. This position offers the unique opportunity to work alongside executive leadership, influence key business initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth and success of an innovative, mission-driven organization.

Position Summary : The Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO is a strategic partner who maximizes executive effectiveness through exceptional organization, communication, operational coordination, and execution. This role goes well beyond traditional administrative support by anticipating executive needs, protecting the CEO's time, managing high-priority initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts, preparing executive briefings, supporting business development, providing strategic recommendations and opinions on scopes or work and strategies to be implemented based on their observations, and independently leading special projects. The successful candidate exercises sound judgment, maintains absolute confidentiality, and serves as a force multiplier and trusted advisor for the CEO and leadership team.

Exercised independent judgment in prioritizing executive matters, resolving routine issues, and making administrative decisions within established authority. Essential Functions : Executive Partnership Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, priorities, travel, meetings, and strategic focus time. Serve as gatekeeper for executive requests, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Prepare executive briefings, agendas, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials. Track CEO commitments, action items, and follow-through across the organization. Represent the CEO in meetings when delegated.

Advise and inform the CEO on company initiatives successes or areas for improvement such that they are aligned with the leadership teams intent. Strategic Operations Coordinate executive initiatives and cross-functional projects. Conduct research, synthesize information, identify risks, and support executive decision-making.

Lead special projects from initiation through implementation. Develop executive dashboards, reports, and status updates. Develop working relationships with key stakeholders in the company.

Business Development Support Assist with proposal development, customer research, bid/no-bid analyses, test plans, and executive presentations. Coordinate customer visits, executive events, and leadership meetings. Develop working relationships with key customers and external contacts.

Administrative Leadership Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professional judgment when handling executive correspondence, strategic business information, personnel matters, financial data, legal documents, customer information, and other sensitive or proprietary materials. Manage Microsoft 365 document workflows and collaboration tools. Success in this Role CEO time is protected and focused on strategic priorities.

Executive meetings are prepared, productive, and followed through. Leadership initiatives stay on schedule. Executive communications are polished and timely.

Customers and visitors receive a professional experience. Productivity of the executive team is increased, refined, and better informed. Pay : Starting salary is anticipated to range from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capabilities.

Compensation may also include eligibility for performance-based incentives in accordance with company policy.
