Job description

As a Senior Executive Scheduler, you will provide executive assistance and total administrative support and interface with the Executive Staff, OCC senior management, visitors, dignitaries, etc., on a regular basis.
This position is located in the Comptroller's Front Office in Washington, DCQualifications:

You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
-Providing office management and support services to senior executives such as planning, organizing and managing administrative functions (e.g., preparing correspondence, documents and reports, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel).
AND
Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
