What You'll Do:

 

The Executive Assistant will provide highlevel administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daytoday functioning and strong organizational coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining effective communication, managing internal priorities, and supporting crossdepartmental initiatives. The successful candidate will handle executive communications, oversee special projects, and ensure administrative processes run efficiently and professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee a multifaceted executive calendar, arrange travel logistics, organize meetings, and support leadership events to maintain efficient daily workflow.
  • Create and organize meeting documentation, compile briefings, oversee actionitem tracking and deadlines, and coordinate assigned projects using standard business software.
  • Plan and deliver corporate functions such as offsites, client engagements, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and partners; draft executive-level communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Uphold and promote the organization's mission, values, and culture in all interactions.

 

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, along with at least five years of experience in administrative support, office management, or executive assistance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and supporting leaders across various levels.
  • Demonstrated competency with common business software and digital platforms, coupled with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in a dynamic setting.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or corporate leadership teams.
  • Experience in a government contracting setting, including work with cleared personnel and handling sensitive information, is strongly preferred.
  • Active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence at our Reston office three days per week, with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend needs.
