Project Analyst – ANG Executive Secretariat / SACO

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support ANG Executive Secretariat/SACO operations. The Project Analyst will provide tasker processing, status tracking, coordination, meeting support, document control, and executive support in a fast-paced ANG staff action environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, route, track, and close taskers.
  • Maintain suspense visibility and provide reminders to responsible offices.
  • Coordinate response packages with Action Officers and Workflow Managers.
  • Support editorial and quality checks before routing.
  • Maintain electronic records, repositories, and SharePoint materials.
  • Support meeting calendars, attendee lists, and workflow manager coordination.
  • Research prior actions, references, and relevant background information.
  • Prepare reports, charts, and updates as assigned.
  • Escalate contentious or overdue actions.
  • Support process improvement, SOP, and training activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Five years of relevant experience in project analysis, task management, staff support, executive assistance, or workflow coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and short‑suspense timelines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ANG, Air Force, NGB, Joint Staff, or DoD experience.
  • Experience with electronic tasking and correspondence systems.
  • Experience supporting headquarters‑level staff processes.
