Job description


Royal Management Company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role requires someone with strong leadership and managerial experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, project coordination, property management, and executive/personal assistant duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office.


Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Coordinate and plan meetings, events, work orders, and other arrangements
  • Assist with project coordination to ensure deadlines are met and communication flows effectively
  • Perform general office, clerical, filing, and data entry duties to maintain organized office operations
  • Prepare documents through proofreading, transcription, and formatting for presentations and reports
  • Serve as a front desk representative, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Assist the owner with a variety of daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Maintain organization, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the office

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous property management experience preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and managerial skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent typing, communication, and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in office management or clerical roles is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain professional under pressure
