This community offers 115 independent living units, 38 assisted living, and 38 memory care units. The Executive Director serves as the overall leader of the community, responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and strategic growth. This role provides visionary leadership while creating exceptional experience for residents, families, and team members.
