The ideal candidate comes from a wealth management, financial advisory, banking, insurance, or professional services background and understands the importance of discretion, follow-through, and exceptional client service.

You'll serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping manage competing priorities, coordinating key initiatives, maintaining critical client and business relationships, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Strong understanding of executive support, client service, and business operations
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
