Soni is partnered with a growing and well-established manufacturing company, seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant to support its CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established corporate office and play a key role in supporting senior leadership during an exciting phase of growth.

Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional communication skills, strong Microsoft Office experience, and a proven track record supporting senior executives. What You'll Do:
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, offsite meetings, and company events
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Support multiple senior leaders while anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist with project coordination, follow-up items, and special initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Compensation: $80,000
