About the Location

Collaborative Work Environment:

About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support our International Transportation team. This role is responsible for transforming complex transportation and logistics data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, partnering across multiple functions to improve performance, optimize costs, and enhance service levels.

Major Responsibilities
  • Own recurring transportation and logistics analytics, including KPI reporting, exception tracking, trend analysis, root-cause analysis, and recommendations that improve cost, service, compliance, and operational execution.
  • Manage and improve freight audit, contract/rate, FAK, BAF/bunker, rate guide, spot rate, accessorial, and invoice exception processes in partnership with carriers, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Transportation Operations.
  • Support international transportation execution by monitoring shared inboxes, coordinating with carriers/truckers, IDC and DC partners, managing escalations, and supporting critical POs, priority moves, air freight requests, drayage, and last-mile planning needs.
  • Drive lead-time, ETA, and FOB accuracy by validating SAP and operational data, researching discrepancies, identifying root causes, and recommending process or system changes that improve forecasted arrival reliability.
  • Translate business questions into analytical requirements, document logic and assumptions, maintain data definitions, and build controls to ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and repeatable decision support.
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, UAT/testing, SOP updates, and implementation plans that standardize work and reduce manual effort across supply chain and transportation processes.
  • Manage key relationships amongst carriers and cross functional teams.
Key Deliverables and Performance Indicators
  • ETA and lead-time accuracy; FOB validation against established tolerance goals.
  • Carrier, trucker, IDC, DC, air freight, drayage, and last-mile issue trends.
  • Rate guide, FAK, BAF/bunker, spot rate, and contract update timeliness and accuracy.
  • Accessorial and avoidable-cost visibility; savings and cost avoidance from process changes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent related experience as approved by HR.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, distribution, operations, finance analytics, carrier operations, or a related analytical function.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large and imperfect data sets, identify root causes, convert findings into actionable recommendations, and communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivots, Power Query or comparable data transformation, formulas, modeling, and structured reporting.
  • Experience with ERP, transportation, warehouse, freight audit/payment, carrier portal, contract/rate, or similar business systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage priorities, facilitate decisions, document processes, and influence without direct authority.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities and transportation issues may change quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP experience; TMS, WMS, DocuSign, SharePoint, and Teams experience preferred.
  • Transportation/logistics experience in retail, distribution, , global logistics, drayage, air freight, last mile, project management, or carrier management.
  • Exposure to freight audit, freight invoice exceptions, contract/rate management, FAK, BAF/bunker, accessorials, landed cost, lead-time/ETA accuracy, FOB validation, or spot-rate processes.
  • Experience applying automation, AI-enabled tools, or advanced analytics to reduce manual effort and improve business decision quality is a plus.
