Key Responsibilities
  • Lead warehouse operations and medical supply management across multiple ER locations.
  • Own the end-to-end ordering process and vendor relationships.
  • Manage inventory accuracy across approximately 5,000 SKUs, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Set and maintain optimal par levels at both warehouse and facility levels.
  • Quickly become proficient in internal inventory systems and processes.
  • Lead, coach, and support Warehouse and Medical Supply team members.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare, medical supply, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • A detail-oriented problem solver with strong follow-through.
  • A team player who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Why Join Hospitality Health ER?
