Job description


The Time Capturing Specialist will be responsible for managing time clocks and training for the systems. This position is full-time, direct hire position located in (HQ) Columbus, Ohio.

Primary Functions:

  • Manage time clocks.
  • Offer tech support for branches and clients.
  • Training new employees and clients on using the time clocks and walking them through the E-portal.
  • Shipping out time clocks to new clients and on-site locations.
  • Managing an excel spreadsheet for keeping an inventory control on all our time clocks including locations, dates shipped and received.
  • Performing audits

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to develop (i.e., through teaching, training, etc.)
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail.
  • Managed time in attendance and time clocks.
  • Maintain records and perform quality inspections.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company
