Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator will carry out the day to day operations of the Prevention and Research Center including research operations and clinical activities. Clinical activities will include patient scheduling, medical record management, clinical data entry and billing submission. Research operations support will include basic office duties, preparation of research grants and manuscripts, data entry. Functions will include assisting in the conduct of research studies including patient recruitment and data entry. Position requires a working knowledge and experience with the following computer packages: Microsoft Office (including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint. Outstanding interpersonal and organization skills a must.


Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
2 years experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) a plus.
Experience with clinical/patient interactions a plus
