Job Description Join Our Team as a Control Room Operator - Nights. Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Do you have a keen eye for detail and an interest in quality control and operations.

We're looking for a dedicated Control Room Operator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing: Set up and manage green coffee receiving lines and release bins following authorization procedures. Oversee the flow and schedule of receiving, roasting, and grinding operations while ensuring quality parameters are met.

Set up coffee for packaging lines in a timely manner, ensuring smooth transitions. Update and adjust blend formulas as needed according to blend change procedures. Handle minor maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and communicate maintenance needs.

Report issues and status updates to supervisors, planners, quality teams, and coworkers. Direct and train support operators in control room operations, housekeeping, and other responsibilities. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including thermal cleaning of roasters, cleaning pelletizers, and managing dust collection/chaff systems.

What You Bring to the Role: Experience in roasting and grinding operations. Strong understanding of control room operations, including Green Bean Receiving and Packaging lines. Valid forklift certification and JLG lift qualifications.

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly with team members. Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and great organizational abilities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Dedication to keeping work areas clean and orderly. Committed to following all equipment and facility safety procedures.
