Job description

Manufacturing Operator


Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights)
Employment Type: Full-Time


We are hiring Manufacturing Operators to join a growing advanced manufacturing company supporting industries including electric vehicles, renewable energy, advanced electronics, and national defense.


This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or industrial experience who are looking to grow their careers in a high-tech production environment. Whether your background is in production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, foundry, chemical processing, or another industrial environment, we are looking for individuals who are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn.


Schedule: Rotating 24/7 crew schedule consisting of alternating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Typical rotation includes 3–4 consecutive shifts followed by multiple days off. Employees are assigned to one of four rotating crews.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily equipment and area inspections
  • Prepare raw materials and set up equipment according to work instructions and production requirements
  • Operate manufacturing, molten metal processing, and vacuum casting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor production processes and adjust operating parameters to maintain quality and productivity standards
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Collect, document, and report production and operational data
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
  • Support additional production and operational tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required
  • Experience in foundry, metals, casting, furnace, or high-heat manufacturing environments preferred
  • Basic computer skills including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in high-temperature conditions
