Job Description

Flint Group is actively seeking individuals with strong work ethic and positive attitudes to join our Production Team. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our safety-first environment, executing various tasks to ensure the safe and on-time production of inks. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be involved in receiving raw materials, ink batch production, re-packing materials, and contributing to maintaining an accurate inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce a variety of inks and ink intermediates by following standard operating procedures.
  • Locate and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders.
  • Carry out tasks in the preparation, reaction, and storage of various products using mixers, pumps, filters, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Handle a variety of chemicals and chemical waste products, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Batch processing, including changing material, processing batch, monitoring and recording data, loading/unloading, and cleaning equipment.
  • Package products, maintain a safe work area, and assist in other production areas as needed.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result

  • Capable of executing strenuous, sometimes repetitive physical work (lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds).
