Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR professional to join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee HR inquiries via calls/emails/tickets
  • Support HR operations and administrative activities
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems
  • Assist with reporting, HR metrics, and documentation
  • Provide support for HR policies, payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business teams

Required Skills:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • HR Administration / HR Operations Experience
  • Contact Center or Shared Services Background
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • MS Excel & HR Systems Knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
