DMV Foundation Solutions is hiring a Foundation Repair Crew Leader to lead residential foundation repair and waterproofing projects in the Alexandria area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong construction experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and knows how to keep a crew productive, organized, and safe.

What You'll Do

As a Foundation Repair Crew Leader, you will lead and work alongside a production crew to complete residential foundation repair and waterproofing projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work alongside a crew on foundation repair and waterproofing projects
  • Review job requirements before starting to ensure crews have the proper tools, materials, equipment, and job information
  • Help keep projects organized, efficient, and on schedule
  • Communicate clearly with the Production Manager regarding job progress, issues, material needs, or field changes
  • Interact professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions about the work being performed
  • Escalate customer concerns, scope changes, or technical questions to management when appropriate
  • Help ensure work is completed safely and to company quality standards
  • Drive and maintain responsibility for a company vehicle
  • Keep tools, materials, and equipment organized and properly maintained
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and productive team environment
Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:

  • Foundation repair
  • Interior or exterior waterproofing systems
  • Push pier or helical pier installation
  • Crawlspace repair or encapsulation
  • Sump pump and drainage systems
  • Concrete removal and replacement
  • Excavation work
  • Light masonry
  • Residential construction
  • Operating equipment such as a mini excavator, skid steer, loader, or similar equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Construction experience required
  • Previous crew leadership, foreman, or construction lead experience preferred
  • Ability to perform hands-on physical construction work
  • Comfort working in crawl spaces, basements, and exterior excavation environments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Professional and respectful communication skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation to report to the Alexandria, VA office daily
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Dependable, organized, and willing to take ownership of projects
Schedule

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Occasional overtime may be available based on project needs.
