Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Crew Member to join our field operations team. In this role, you will support a variety of underground utility construction, maintenance, and repair projects. This is a hands-on position that requires operating small tools and equipment and working closely with a crew in various weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with a crew on underground utility construction, maintenance, and repair projects
  • Assist with excavation, site preparation, backfilling, and general construction tasks
  • Operate small tools and equipment (pumps, gas saws, compactors, bobcats, backhoes)
  • Support installation, repair, and inspection of pipelines, drainage systems, and related infrastructure
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety standards at all times
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials, cleanup, and jobsite support
  • Other duties as required

Required Qualifications

  • Underground utility or construction experience preferred
  • Desire and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to complete and pass a drug screening and background check
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • Overtime & weekend availability as needed
